(Similar here, this is not about how special you are, but it is about how usefull to your employees you are)

When you enter a Mindset of “what I can do for THEM”, you are automatically stepping into a leadership role.  You are now serving them and not taking. This is the very point you get what you want, but as you can see you have to be able to put the needs of others first, and your input on guiding them there is what will earn the following, whether that’s a purchase by a customer or, devote loyalty from an employee.
