Books I Recommend
Intro text here
10X by Grant Cardone is all about massive action!! Even in a down economy, it’s the best time to make money because value is at it’s best and people are willing to sell for less!
Regardless of what’s happening in the marketplace someone in your sector is making money – find out what they’re doing and DO IT BETTER – AKA MORE COMPETITIVELY!
Though I agree with Grant say about 98% of the time, success is every individual’s duty & responsibility. What I disagree with exactly is 1-that at times we have top say no to business, that would take us too far from who we are and what we stand for, this may question our values and the mode of business we’ve done to date and 2 I value what I do more than how much I do. My results come from WHAT I do, this helps me focus my time, energy, & resources, on the most relevant tasks at the most relevant times – aka. When you’re not relevant, your hard work will feel lost and resentment will likely grow from your none relevant work not being appreciated well because it’s not relevant.

Confidence Gap by Dr. Russ Harris
Talking to your mind to ease your worries, Actions of Confidence come first, then the feelings of confidence come after, the actions.
For Me it’s always been God and His Path for my Life, While Moving in a direction I want to go. It had always been me asking God for what I want in my life and in working for him (being selfless) , he would reward me with some version of what I asked him for – That’s how I’ve talked to myself most of my life in addition to directly talking to myself.
Secondly, in terms of values, mine have always come from my faith, my Lebanese Culture, and the Men in my life. – I’ve always paid attention to men that embody great character.
In terms of Dr. Russ’s Actions of Confidence come before the feeling of confidence – in the real world we call this you’ll pick things up as you go along. In the traditional sense of this meaning, you look for ways to acquire experience – now as a first time entrepreneur – I am creating my own experience, and definitely learning along the way.
Finally, my true version of this “actions of Confidence come before the feelings of confidence” , in a far more literal sense, – and it doesn’t just happen “confidence” doesn’t just happen when you take the action, what really happens behind the scene is as you go through the motions, you start to pick up through trial and error, on your own and through a mentor, try your best guess at a relative action, and start to pay attention to what works and what doesn’t – this is self-learning & self growing – when you can see through your own eyes and your own cognition the responses of what works and what doesn’t you are learning to create value – for yourself and the other person.
